Ingredients and Preparation :
Start by preparing a white sauce with chicken, at the same time cook the green beans in steam after having hulled them, wash and cut them, lightly salt. Fry 2 potatoes in cubes.

Add a little cooking sauce and the green beans. Add the parsley and potatoes at the end, turn off the heat. Add 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of baking powder.
Butter a gratin mold or individual molds and sprinkle with breadcrumbs which will form a nice layer. Spread the beans in the pan.
Mix in the blender: 3 to 4 eggs with 1 glass of milk or liquid cream 80 g of melted cheese, a few spoonfuls of cooking sauce, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs then cover the gratin.
